For parents
Study Exam for Parents
Study Exam is an AI study assistant built so a student ends up needing less help, not more: every answer is followed by the method, and the same material comes back as flashcards, scheduled reviews and graded practice exams.
How it teaches
- The answer comes first, then a step-by-step explanation of how to reach it.
- Notes, lessons and chats become flashcards and quizzes that are reviewed on a schedule.
- Practice exams are generated from the student's own course material and graded with feedback.
- Progress tracking shows mastery per subject, so weak areas surface before the exam.
Accounts and age
A birth year is collected at sign-up. Accounts for students under 13 require a parent or guardian to approve before use.
Privacy and data
Student notes, chats, uploads, recordings and progress are private to that account, are not sold, and are not used to serve advertising. Everything can be exported or permanently deleted from the profile page. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Learning support needs
ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia can be flagged in the profile, and the tutor changes how it explains accordingly. These are study adaptations, not clinical assessments.
Cost and cancellation
Free plan with daily limits and no card. Pro is $19.90 per month or $149 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. Cancel from the profile page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't this just cheating?
Study Exam answers the question, then shows the method step by step, and turns the session into flashcards, scheduled reviews and graded practice exams. The design goal is that the student needs less help next time, and the graded exams make it visible whether that is happening.
What age is it for?
Middle school and up. A birth year is collected at sign-up, and students under 13 need a parent or guardian to approve the account before they can use it.
What happens to my child's data?
Notes, chats, recordings and progress are private to the student's account. Study Exam does not sell data and does not run advertising. Everything can be exported or permanently deleted from the profile page.
What does it cost and can we cancel?
There is a free plan with daily limits and no card. Pro is $19.90 a month or $149 a year with a 7-day free trial, cancellable in two clicks from the profile page.
